First and foremost we would like to welcome you to our new blog!  This will be our first experience into the blogosphere.  We noticed that there is a need in the metro Atlanta real estate market for a blog that provides timely, insightful and most of all useful information to local real estate agents, potential home buyers and real estate investors.   Our mission is to be that source.  Over time we plan to bring articles together that will enlighten and educate everyone to the opportunities that are out there for the purchase or foreclosed, bank owned homes and REO properties in the Atlanta market.

We service the metro Atlanta market from Villa Rica to Lithonia and from Cumming to Forest Park and everywhere in between. Our office has closed 1000’s of foreclosures REO, and bank owned homes over the years while providing timely and professional service to our clients and the real estate community.
